Do I need any experience with energy healing or bodywork?
Not at all. These rituals are designed for all levels of experience. Whether you're brand new to holistic healing or a seasoned practitioner, the sessions meet you exactly where you are. Bec will guide you through every step with warmth and care.
What's the difference between the Body Reset Ritual and the Sacred Body Reset Ritual?
The Body Reset Ritual (60–75 mins) is a focused healing session using water, earth or breath with optional infrared integration. 

The Sacred Body Reset Ritual (2–2.5 hrs) is a deeper, layered experience that begins with guided healing and flows into a full infrared body activation — allowing for a more immersive release and reset.
What is the My Mojo Infrared Body Activation?
My Mojo is a relaxing body wrap that uses a professional serum activated by infrared heat to support inch loss, lymphatic flow and body contouring. It helps the body release stored fatty acids and fluid retention while you rest. It's a simple, nurturing way to feel lighter and support your health journey.
How do I book a session?
Simply choose your preferred date and time using the booking calendar, then select your ritual and complete payment.

You’ll receive a calendar invite, confirmation email, as well as - an email with details about your session and what to expect.

What if I’m not sure which session to choose?
That’s completely okay.

You’re welcome to choose what feels right for you, or reach out and I’ll gently guide you toward the ritual that best supports where you’re at.

Your session time is held especially for you.

Due to the energetic and time-held nature of this work, we kindly ask that you honour your booking.

• Reschedules are available with a minimum of 24 hours notice
• Changes within 24 hours will be considered a late cancellation / no show
• Series [3x Rituals] are to be booked within 3 months of the date purchased. 
• Missed appointments will result in forfeited payment
