Do I need to bring anything to the session?
You’ll receive a “How to Prepare for Your Session” email after booking with everything you need to feel supported and ready.
In general, we recommend:
- An open heart and a willingness to receive
- Any questions you’d love guidance on (optional)
- Pen and paper to capture any insights or messages that come through or use your integration journal (if one was included with your session).
For virtual sessions, please ensure you're in a quiet, sacred space with a stable internet connection.
Why is my session booked for 90 minutes, but you mention 90–120 minutes elsewhere?
While your session is booked and structured for 90 minutes, the nature of this work is soul-led, heart-aligned, and often moves beyond time as we know it.
Sometimes, what's coming through simply can't be paused or rushed. When you're in sacred connection with your soul team and galactic family, the field opens in a way that asks us to honor the moment fully.
If a session gently extends beyond 90 minutes, it’s because something meaningful is still unfolding - and I will always hold the space with reverence and integrity.
That said, I do my best to honor our time container while trusting the natural flow of the experience.
✨ If you have time limitations, just let me know at the beginning of your session. Otherwise, I recommend allowing extra time and space around our journey - your soul may need it.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens - we totally understand! 🌸
If you need to reschedule, please use the reschedule link included in your confirmation email or calendar invite.
If you're unable to access the link, simply email us at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll be happy to find a new time for you.
Please note: Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are considered a no-show, and the session fee is forfeited, no rescheduling options will be offered beyond this window.

If the connection drops, simply try reconnecting using the same Zoom link.

For most souls, one session is enough to create lasting impact and open the channel for continued connection with your galactic family on your own.
