Through channelling and frequency bridging, I'll gently guide and support you into higher-frequency fields of connection, creating space for clearer, more fluid communication through the heart.
We'll begin with gentle conscious breathing to help settle the body and nervous system, allowing the everyday noise of the mind to soften as we move into a more receptive, heart-centred state.
From here, you'll have the opportunity to consciously connect, interact and discover what unfolds for you.
Our intention is centred on loved ones who have passed beyond the physical, while also welcoming ancestral connections and whatever naturally presents within your experience.

It's not only about what you may encounter within the Field of Light. It's also about recognising the pathway within yourself.
As you explore this space, you'll begin to recognise how connection presents for you, how your own awareness responds and how you can consciously return through your heart when you choose.
It's about experiencing the connection while beginning to embody the pathway within.
And here's the beautiful thing - you don't need to know how to do any of this!
There's no particular way you need to see, feel, hear or sense anything. We all experience connection differently, and there's no right or wrong way for it to unfold.
I'll be there to guide and support you throughout, with space afterwards to gently return, reflect and share, if you wish.
No previous experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your curiosity and a willingness to explore.

You're welcome to bring a photograph, a small personal item that reminds you of your loved one, or simply a cherished memory of them held within your heart.
We'll use this as a gentle point of focus when setting our intention for connection.
