A single pathway session focuses on one healing approach. The Sacred Reset Ritual combines your chosen pathway with infrared sauna and body activation — creating a more complete, layered experience. It's designed for when surface-level support isn't quite enough and your body is ready for a deeper reset across both body and energy.

What are the three pathways I can choose from?

The three pathways — Water, Earth and Breath — each offer a different energetic focus. Water supports softening and flow, Earth supports grounding and settling, and Breath supports release and renewal. You choose the one that feels most aligned with what your body and energy are calling for.

How long does the session take?

Allow approximately 2 to 2.5 hours for the full Sacred Reset Ritual. This includes your welcome and ceremonial opening, your chosen pathway, infrared sauna and body activation, closing guidance.

Do I need experience with energy healing?

Not at all. This experience is designed for anyone — whether you're brand new to energy work or have been on this path for years. All you need to bring is a willingness to slow down and be present with yourself. You are met exactly where you are.

What is the Infrared Body Activation Wrap [My Mojo]?
My Mojo is a relaxing body wrap that uses a professional serum activated by infrared heat to support inch loss, lymphatic flow and body contouring. It helps the body release stored fatty acids and fluid retention while you rest. It's a simple, nurturing way to feel lighter and support your health journey.

Contraindications - Is this session suitable for me? 
The treatment is non-invasive and gentle. However it is not suitable during pregnancy, for those with a soy allergy, severe skin conditions, or those who have had recent surgery or have open wounds. If you're unsure, please reach out before booking.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. As the session includes infrared sauna body activation wrap, you'll be provided a suit to support this part of treatment - you can wear bathers or underwear underneath.

How will I feel afterwards?

Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves — like they've had a mini retreat for the body. Some experience deep relaxation, emotional release, renewed clarity or a sense of coming home to themselves. Everyone's experience is unique.

Is this session available online?
