Seasonal Limited Release

Snake to Horse - A Water Healing Journey of Completion Sun 18th Jan

Fire Horse - A Water Activation & Soul Permission Sun 25th Jan

This is your invitation, honoring the passage between cycles.

Why Water

Water invites release without force, surrender without collapse, and movement without pressure.

It supports the nervous system into deep safety and emotional fluidity - allowing transition to be felt gently, at the body’s pace.

In this journey, the water is not just the setting...
it is part of the medicine.

The Waters Between Worlds - Two-Journey Path

SNAKE TO HORSE - A Water Healing Journey of Completion
+
FIRE HORSE - A Water Activation & Soul Permission Journey

For those who feel called to experience both journeys - the soft transition of Snake to Horse and the activating fire of Fire Horse - a symbolic two-journey sequence is available, honoring the energy of new beginnings as we enter a 1-year cycle.

This option is simply available if it resonates - both journeys also stand beautifully on their own.

Do I have to fully get into the water?
You are never required to fully enter the water. This is a choice-based space — you may float, gently immerse, sit at the pool edge, or remain in reflection. Your comfort, safety and nervous-system pace are always prioritised.
What happens if the water is cool, or the weather changes?
This journey adapts gently to the day and the body’s needs. If the water is cooler or the weather shifts, we may adjust the level of immersion, include more pool-edge reflection, or modify the pace of the experience.

You are always free to choose your level of participation — full float, partial immersion, or remaining poolside — and comfort items such as towels, wraps and warm layers are available.

Your wellbeing and nervous-system safety are always prioritised over immersion.

Is this suitable for everyone?
This session is not suitable for anyone:

  • under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • experiencing uncontrolled medical or psychological conditions
  • with open wounds, recent surgery, or contagious illness
  • who is unable to safely participate in water environments
If you are unsure, please email me prior to booking — I am happy to discuss individual situations with care and confidentiality.

Do I need to be a confident swimmer to attend?
No — you do not need to be a strong swimmer. This is a gentle, slow-paced space and you will always be within a supported pool environment.

You do, however, need to feel safe being in water and able to move yourself independently (such as floating, standing, or exiting the pool if needed). If you feel unsure or would like to discuss your comfort level beforehand, you are welcome to contact me.

If you have concerns about mobility, confidence in water, or previous injuries, please contact me prior to attending so we can discuss whether this journey is suitable for you.

What happens if an incident or injury occurs?
Every effort is made to provide a safe, supportive and trauma-aware environment. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and actions during the session, and that you accept personal responsibility for any medical or emergency costs should they arise.

If you have any questions about safety, please reach out prior to attending.

What if I have a medical condition?
If you have a medical condition (physical, neurological, psychological or respiratory), please contact me before attending so we can determine suitability.

You may be asked to obtain medical clearance prior to participation.

A brief Emergency & Medical Information Form will also be completed for safety purpose.
